Local search and map interaction
Subject search, neighbourhood search and postal-prefix lookup run in your browser. A typed full postal code is reduced to its first three characters for an area-level lookup. The site does not ask for device location or transmit that search to a lead database.
Selecting a map neighbourhood shows its name, approximate postal overlaps and the relevant regional guide. The same information is available in a text table. There is no need to use the visual map to access the location information.
Contact bar behaviour
The bottom bar reads Canary Dental’s public contact entry from Find a Dentist. Canary Dental is the only practice displayed. You can open details, hide the bar and restore it.
The telephone link opens your device’s calling application. The site does not itself place a call, send a message, collect a medical enquiry or confirm a booking. Contact the practice directly and follow its instructions for sharing health information.
Technical privacy
This build includes no site-installed analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or marketing trackers. The hosting provider may process ordinary network requests under its own policies. This statement does not assert that network logs do not exist.
The map files and search index are served with the website. No third-party map embed, tracking tile provider or geolocation permission is needed. Source reference addresses are supplied for provenance.
Accessible use
The site uses semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus indicators, a skip link, responsive layout and reduced-motion preferences. The map has a descriptive title and keyboard links; its information is also available through search and the full neighbourhood table.
The contact bar can be hidden. Its detail panel closes with Escape. If interactive tools fail, all information guides, directory entries and the neighbourhood table remain in the initial HTML. For an appointment accommodation, contact the actual practice directly.
